SHIPPING POLICY

Job Town Art LLC currently ships orders within the United States using the United States Postal Service (USPS).

Processing Time

Orders are generally processed and shipped within 1–7 business days after payment is successfully completed.

Job Town Art LLC is a small independently operated business. At times, fulfillment may require the full processing window. Processing time is separate from USPS transit time.

If we are unable to ship an order within the stated processing period, we will contact the customer regarding the delay and provide the option to accept a revised shipping date or cancel the unshipped order for a refund.

Shipping Service

Standard orders are shipped using USPS Ground Advantage unless another shipping service is specifically offered at checkout.

Shipping rates and estimated transit times are calculated at checkout based on the delivery destination and package information.

Estimated carrier delivery times begin after USPS accepts the shipment and do not include our order-processing time.

Tracking

Tracking information will be provided for shipments using USPS Ground Advantage. Customers will receive a shipping notification after the order has been fulfilled and tracking information becomes available.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address. If you notice an error, contact jobtownart@yahoo.com as soon as possible.

We cannot guarantee an address can be changed after an order has been processed or shipped.

Orders returned because of an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address may require payment of additional shipping charges before being resent.

Carrier Delays

USPS delivery times may be affected by weather, holidays, service interruptions, or other circumstances outside the control of Job Town Art LLC.
